For parties of 6 to 12 guns

Full Day, £295 per person; including 200 cartridges, 5/6 drives

Driven Partridge… Driven Grouse…

Decoyed Woodpigeon… Duck Flight…

Driven Pheasants from our fantastic, “towers”

Breakfast, Field Breaks, Drinks and a Sumptuous Lunch,

and a Welcoming Tea at close of play

Parties of between 6 and 12 please… even numbers if possible

 To kick off the new season…


The Side by Side Day



A fun clay day for users, (and those who fancy their chances!) of the Side by Side…  No Over & Unders Allowed!

Here’s your chance to show off your skills in traditional style.
There are prizes for the Best Dressed too… So, don’t put your shooting suit and tweeds away, dress up and do justice to the countryside and to our realistic simulations.



10am. Arrive at The Shoot Room for Tea/Coffee and Pastries
Introductions and Briefings

Morning Shoot
50 Sporting Clays

To be shot over five stands, with a “Field Break” for
Hot Sausages and “Damshames”

1pm. Drinks and a Two Course Lunch

Afternoon shoot comprising three flushes

Driven Grouse… Partridge… High Pheasant
25 cartridges per person/flush, three flushes

Therefore, the afternoon will see each participant shooting 75 cartridges.

Teams of three will be drawn to shoot the flushes, and the draw will be conducted, “out of the hat” at lunchtime.


For the morning Sporting shoot…

Lady Shot, for the highest score out of fifty

Gentleman Shot, for the highest score out of fifty

For the afternoon…
to the highest scoring team in three separate flushes

Driven Grouse… Partridge… High Pheasant

ALSO… Prizes will be awarded to

The Best Dressed Lady

  The Best Dressed GENTLEMAN



Shooting School Cartridges only to be used; these will be supplied in 12 and 20 bore, on the day.

The cost of cartridges is INCLUDED in the entry fee.

Headwear and Hearing protection is compulsory throughout.
Protective eyewear MUST be worn when shooting or observing The Grouse Butt sequence.

 Cost of entry to this event is £185 per gun. Entry by telephone, text or email.

Places are limited to 27 guns so, if you would like to give your side by side an airing, call us now to secure your place.  If you do not own a side by side but would still like to shoot, there will be suitable guns available at no extra charge
